The deal

By using signaturepostal.com, you agree to these terms. They exist so both of us know where we stand. If anything here doesn't make sense, ask us:info@signaturepostal.comor 919.244.2790. These terms are from Signature Postal LLC, 726 N Main Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.

Quotes and orders

Prices shown or quoted through the site are good-faith estimates until we confirm your order. Every job is subject to our acceptance, and turnaround times we mention are estimates we work hard to hit, not guarantees. If something about your job changes the price, we tell you before we proceed.

Your artwork and files

Everything you send us stays yours. By sending a file or design, you give us permission to use it just enough to do the job: preparing it for print (including bleed, sizing, and color adjustments), producing it, and keeping a copy in our job records.

You promise you have the rights to what you send. That means the logos, photos, fonts, and designs in your files are yours or you have permission to use them. We can decline any job we believe infringes someone's rights or is unlawful, and you're responsible if a file you sent us turns out to be someone else's property.

Proofs and approvals

Nothing goes into production until you approve it. Check proofs carefully, especially names, dates, phone numbers, and spelling, because an approved proof prints exactly as approved. One honest note about color: screens glow and paper doesn't, so printed color can differ somewhat from what your monitor shows. If color matching is critical, tell us up front and we'll work through it with you.

Connecting Canva

Connecting your Canva account is optional. You grant the access on Canva's own consent screen, it's limited to viewing your designs, creating print-size blanks for you, and pulling designs you choose to send us, and you can disconnect anytime from your Canva settings. Your use of Canva itself is governed by Canva's own terms. Canva is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd; we're an independent local print shop, not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva.

Payment

Invoices are payable online through the secure link we send, or at the counter. For most jobs we collect payment before or at pickup and delivery. Amounts owed for completed work are due even if plans change after production.

If something's wrong

If a job we produced has a defect, tell us promptly, within 7 days of pickup or delivery, and we'll make it right by reprinting the affected pieces or crediting the affected portion. That's the remedy we stand behind.

Using this site

• Don't attempt to break, probe, overload, or scrape the site or its connected services.
• Don't submit files or content that are unlawful or that you don't have rights to.
• Content on this site (text, photos, our logo and branding) belongs to Signature Postal or its licensors. Carrier names and logos shown on the site identify the carriers we're authorized to ship with and belong to their owners.

The legal guardrails

The website is provided as is. We keep information like hours and pricing as current as we can, but details can change. To the fullest extent North Carolina law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages like lost profits or missed events. Nothing here limits anything that can't legally be limited.

Where disputes go

These terms are governed by North Carolina law, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts covering Wake County, North Carolina. Realistically, though: call us first. We fix things.

Changes

If we update these terms, the new version lands here with a fresh date up top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies.
