Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us, or send us a file, we collect what you type in: your name, email, phone number, company, and the details of your project, plus any files you upload or send.

Your Canva connection (optional). If you choose to connect your Canva account, Canva asks for your permission on its own screen. That permission lets us see your design list and thumbnails, create print-size blanks in your account when you ask us to, and pull the full print file for a design only when you choose to send it to us. We never see your Canva password. You can disconnect us at any time from your Canva account's connected-apps settings, and the access credentials we hold are stored securely on our servers, never in your browser.

Automatic basics. Like nearly every website, our hosting keeps basic technical logs (things like IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. We don't run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To answer you, put together quotes, and produce the work you order.
• To communicate about your project by email, phone, or text.
• To keep records of jobs so reorders and follow-ups are easy.
• To run and improve the website.

About texting: if you text our shop line or give us your number for a project, we may text you about that project (proofs, pickups, questions). Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We don't send marketing text blasts to customers who haven't asked for them.

What we share (and don't)

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as cloud hosting and file storage, our customer-communication platform, and payment processing, and only so they can do those jobs. If the law requires us to disclose something, we comply.

How long we keep things

Working file links from the website expire automatically (typically within 7 days). Files and details tied to a produced job are kept as part of our job records so we can stand behind the work and make reorders painless. If you'd like something deleted, email us and we'll take care of it unless we're required to keep it.

How we protect it

The site runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS), access credentials are kept server-side, and access to customer information is limited to our small team. No system is perfect, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts.
• Don't want to connect Canva? Every feature has a manual alternative, like uploading a file directly.

Kids

Our website and services are meant for adults and businesses, not children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new date at the top. Big changes get called out plainly, not buried.
